Message	dont know if you know this or not, but heating and cooling an engine slowly such as in its natural use will actually make the metal softer. tempering is when you heat metal to near melting and rapidly bring it back to room temperature, either by dousing in plain water, or ice water. ------------------------------------------------------- ~Forget about pissing money away into bodykits and other downgrades.
